Welcome to Caribou Utilities District's payment portal!! We encourage you to register. Once registered, you will be able to view your account usage, your bills, your payments and get an accurate balance in real time. If you are unable to create a login with your account number and phone number, please contact us to verify your account number and that we have your most recent phone number. Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express or Discover credit cards.
If you choose not to register with a login and password, you can pay by selecting the "Quick Pay" button. You will not be able to view your account this way, but you can still make payment.
Your payment will show pending until our next business day. There is a 2.5% fee to use your credit/debit card.
Auto-Pay options:
If you wish to auto-pay using your credit or debit card, it will be charged on or about the 15th of the month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be charged our next business day. Your Account History Payment method will be listed as "TOKEN". This means credit/debit auto-Pay. You will still receive a monthly bill but just know it will be paid on or around the 15th of the month. There is a 2.5% fee for using your credit/debit card.
Use your checking or savings account, pay using the ACH option. Your account will be charged on or about the 20th of the month. If the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be charged on the next business day. Your account History Payment method will be listed as "Draft". This means ACH auto-pay. You will still receive a monthly bill but just know it will be paid on or around the 20th of the month. There is no fee for using ACH.
